Perfect for businesses that want professional oversight without committing to ongoing monthly edits. This plan includes a monthly report covering your SEO performance, keyword visibility, and overall site health — written in plain language, not technical jargon — so you always know how your website is performing and where improvements may be needed.

Preferred Pricing for Ongoing Clients
My standard hourly rate for non-retainer clients is $100/hour. Clients enrolled in an active support plan receive reduced hourly pricing for additional work beyond their included monthly hours, with preferred rates ranging from $85/hour to $75/hour depending on the plan selected.

Additional Time & Flexibility
Monthly support hours are reserved specifically for retainer clients and do not officially roll over month-to-month. If additional time is needed, work beyond included hours is billed at your plan’s preferred hourly rate and invoiced at the end of the month.
That said, I understand that every business has busy and slower seasons, and I always try to work with my long-term clients flexibly when reasonable and possible.
Typical turnaround times
Most small requests are completed within 3–5 business days depending on workload and project complexity. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling whenever possible.
Please note that these plans are intended for ongoing website support and scheduled updates rather than emergency technical support. If your website experiences a business-critical issue such as your site being completely down, payment failures, domain outages, or platform-related errors, Wix Customer Care should always be your first point of contact, as they provide 24/7 platform support and direct access to backend systems that I do not.
